Notarization for Nevada vehicle title transfers. Both buyer and seller must be present with valid photo IDs. Do not sign the title before appearing.
All parties must be present in person
Notarize your Nevada bill of sale and odometer disclosure statement for vehicle transactions. Protects both buyer and seller legally.
Odometer disclosure notarization strengthens legal protection

POA must name specific transaction and vehicle
Notarize affidavits required for Nevada DMV transactions — small estate affidavits, lost title affidavits, stolen plate affidavits, gift transfer affidavits, and more.
Nevada DMV requires notarization for most affidavit types
Notarize lien release documents from lenders who have been paid off. Required when lender provides a release letter rather than the physical title.
Lien release letter must be from authorized lender representative

Call 702.802.8696 and describe the document you need notarized. We confirm all requirements, how many signers need to be present, and what ID to bring.
Bring your UNSIGNED original documents. Do not sign anything before your appointment. All required parties and their valid photo IDs must be present.
Our notary verifies all signers' identities via government-issued photo ID. All parties sign the document in the notary's presence as required by Nevada law.
The notary applies their official seal and signature. Your document is now legally notarized and ready for submission to the Nevada DMV or other parties.
These requirements apply to ALL notary appointments at DMV-Xpress — no exceptions.
CRITICAL RULE: Documents MUST be unsigned when you arrive. Signing before appearing before the notary makes the document invalid for notarization. This cannot be undone — you would need a new document.
Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
For EVERY person signing the document. Acceptable: Driver's license, U.S. passport, state-issued ID. Must be unexpired. Foreign IDs may not be accepted.
Original Document (unsigned)
Bring the original — not a photocopy. The document must not be signed before the appointment. Digital documents may not qualify.
All Signing Parties Present In Person
Every person whose signature requires notarization must physically appear at our Las Vegas office. Remote appearances are not permitted for these documents.
Full Legal Name Matching ID
The name on the document must match the name on the presented ID. If names differ (maiden name, middle name), bring supporting documentation.
Vehicle Information (for vehicle documents)
Year, make, model, and VIN of the vehicle involved. For title notarizations, bring the physical title or a copy for reference.
Willingness to Sign Voluntarily
The notary may ask signers to confirm they are signing voluntarily and understand the document. This is required by Nevada notary law.
